Justification
Good afternoon, yesterday I had an internet problem, I am working from home which caused me to lose a day of work. My work is asking me for justification of yesterday's breakdown. How can I get this document? Thank you.

If you reported the issue with our tech support, you can check the ticket in Área de Cliente or App NOS in the área “Os meus pedidos”.
Otherwise there is no type of document or declaration we can provide.
