Hello, 

I have a contract for 1Gbit/s and I also pay for 1Gbit/s. Unfortunately I don’t receive this! My nos app tells me that i have only 200mbit and when I test it, the results are 200. 


I have called the Serviceline several times now and nothing was done. I also have been to the NOS Shop and nothing was done there as well.

Good evening, in your client area, which internet speed you see as contracted? No matter what it’s advisable to send a personal message to @Fórum with your client number demanding clarification in relation with your contract.


It says 200mbit in client area. - My contract is 1Gbit , and I used to have 1Gbit until a week ago
