Ola,

my rental contract expired on 03/31/2024, so I no longer have a home to be able to transfer my internet line, but despite this I continue to pay the bills without using the service. I am bringing to your attention that I no longer live in Portugal.

We regret the situation. However, tell us the reason that led you to leave the country, if you have proof of a change in circumstances, we can address the request to cancel the service. However, if it is just for the simple fact of the end of the rental contract, it is not valid.
