The red pon light is flashing, 

I have turned on and off

I have checked all connections

I have reset it 

How do I get the Internet working again

It could be that an external fault is causing this. Please do the online diagnostic in the my NOS APP. 
This will help identify the cause of the issue, share estimation for the downtime and external maintenance, or help you schedule a maintenance.

I have tried the online diagnostic but I do not receive a code to get get through to it.

So I am unable to access

have you tried entering the token code incorrectly 3 times in a row so that the code gets sent to your email?

Thank you for your feedback.

As suggested by ​@ByteSábio, after entering a wrong sms token 3 times, a new one will be sent to your e-mail address so you can get into your account.

Let us know if that worked.

No it does not work, after entering 3 times incorrectly, it says try later.

Is there any way to get an engineer to sort the Internet out quickly, I cannot work fully and I am loosing a lot of money, will I be compensated for this loss
