how to reset the login password

I haven't accessed my Kanguru hotspot page in a long time and I forgot my password. How can I get it back?I’m always trying and blocking because of too many attempts .

Factory Reset - Press the “Power” button and the “WPS” button simultaneously for 3 seconds to reset the factory default settings of the device.

    @Samil rai , if You are atempting to access the internal page of Your 4G router and You forgot the pass, You should hard reset the equipment and start again from Your initial user and pass that You can find in a label ou in the manual.
