I was away from Portugal for an extended period due to personal and family reasons and returned only two days ago.
After returning, I discovered that my NOS internet service has been disconnected. I would like to reactivate my service and continue as a NOS customer if possible.
I have tried contacting customer support several times by phone, but unfortunately it has been very difficult to get connected to an agent, and in some cases the call was disconnected while I was waiting.
Could you please advise me on the next steps to reactivate my service? Also, is there an email address or another contact method through which I can communicate regarding my case?
