I've been trying to get my appointment with a technician approved and so far have only been handed off and not helped.
I called on March 22 to set up Internet service at my apartment. I was told a technician can come out on April 1 to set up the equipment between 5pm and 9pm. And I was told I would receive email confirmation.
On Friday, I called NOS customer support and was transferred from agent to agent 5 times - none of the agents helped me and just continued to pass me to different agents. In the end, my call was simply hung up.
I called again Saturday and was told that my appointment couldn't be confirmed over the weekend. With this agent, I set up a call-back for today between 9am and 9:15am. No one called me! So, again I had to call NOS myself!
This agent today told me that I would receive email confirmation and I have still not received anything.
How can I get this appointment confirmed?!
