How can I get my appointment confirmed?!


I've been trying to get my appointment with a technician approved and so far have only been handed off and not helped. 

I called on March 22 to set up Internet service at my apartment. I was told a technician can come out on April 1 to set up the equipment between 5pm and 9pm. And I was told I would receive email confirmation.

 

On Friday, I called NOS customer support and was transferred from agent to agent 5 times - none of the agents helped me and just continued to pass me to different agents. In the end, my call was simply hung up.

I called again Saturday and was told that my appointment couldn't be confirmed over the weekend. With this agent, I set up a call-back for today between 9am and 9:15am. No one called me! So, again I had to call NOS myself!

 

This agent today told me that I would receive email confirmation and I have still not received anything.

 

How can I get this appointment confirmed?!

When can I expect a response? I am moving into my apartment today and still don’t know if I will have internet set up tonight?!

Well, I appreciate your comments here. However, still I have not received any response to my direct message. In the meantime I also called again - twice - and the issue was still not resolved.

 

It took my husband going into an actual NOS store and speak to someone there for this case to be handled. Absolutely ridiculous customer service experience.
