I have a bit of a complicated situation …

I need brand-new service installed at my new house. There has never been service there before. 

However, I need to keep the service at my current apartment and transfer it to the new tenant. 

I want to get the new service now, but I do not want to shut off the service at my current apartment. 

Is this possible?

This is a very simple process. You can contract a new service for your new address at any time and, in the meanwhile, transfer your current account to the new tenant.

Yes but when you make a request to change the contract holder, the contracted conditions are checked to confirm that they are adapted to the needs of the new holder.
