Fibre connection

On July 31st we signed a contract to allow a fiber connection to our house.

The first technician told us we could not be connected. He did this immediately as he got out of his vehicle. A second technician three weeks later promised he would arrange the connection for us.

We have visited your shop on countless occasions and each time your employees have promised to deal with the issue. Two weeks ago, one of your employees promised us that someone would contact us within “Three days’. It is now two weeks and we have heard nothing.

A simple and direct question: Do you intend to honour our contract?
