hi,

i am now client by you for over 2 years i lived in porto and moved now from porto to Lixa, Amarante 

e technician came here and explained to me usually it should be VODAFONE who comes and pulls fiber connection that’s why he got the request to come and install fiber.

 

we had scheduled pulling the cable on the 16/11/23

today 11/07 - i was told there is no way to pull cable how is that possible … 

I really need fiber connection to WORK and much more i am paying a service that i can’t use i paid extra to have even higher power of internet due to my demanding Job …

 

what is there for solutions …

 

and saying as soon as it is possible you’ll get a call that call as we all know may take up to 5 years , do i have to lose my job because you guys do not want to come and do the installation ? 

 

what are my options here ?? changing operator  would that be an option ?? i need help please, thank you 

ps : the contract i am mentioning is under my husbands name which of course i can’t post here ...
