Incrível, passaram-se quatro horas desde que a Internet falhou em Gaia e ainda não resolveram? Péssimo serviço!

Since an incident is detected in the network, all efforts are pulled to solve it as soon as possible.

It’s important to keep in mind that some situations in public property require policing which takes time and its outside os NOS’s control.

I am experiencing the same issue since last night in Gaia due to the ongoing construction. I was informed that it should be resolved by around 8 PM today.

My question is: why weren’t we notified about this incident beforehand so we could arrange a temporary solution to continue working?

Please keep us informed in advance and provide regular updates on the progress of the resolution.

@RAMZI LAABIDI, If it had been possible to foresee that there would be a breakdown, we would have made every effort to ensure there was no downtime.
The fault has been identified and we reactively identified the situation, so the fault is currently in the resolution phase.

I agree with you Ramzi! These issues are serious; there are people depending on the NOS service to be able to work! When you identify the problem, you should resolve it as quickly as possible. Four hours to solve this situation is unacceptable. I will cancel my service with NOS.

I think the service has been restored now, im connected now and it looks stable.
