My manager/employer received a letter from a debt collector you hired. The name of debt collector firm is named ELSA LOPES DA COSTA AGENTE DE EXECUCAO.
I started a discussion weeks ago with you (NOS) about the hight of the bill and all the legal costs because you all had a wrong email address in your system( ciarann@live vs ciaran@live.nl) you´re onboarding team 3 years ago added an extra letter n in your system what is the reason i did not receive any communication last 3 years or perhaps longer.
I have looked for legal advice in the sense of a lawyer to see if the legal costs are fair and correct.
In he meantime i have agreed with a payment agreement with your debt collecting department of NOS for an amount of 120 euro a month.
Last Thursday or Friday i paid the first agreed amount of 120 euro, however now the situation with the debt collector firm you hired named ELSA LOPES DA COSTA AGENTE DE EXECUCAO is still not resolved.
Meaning that my salary this Friday or Monday will be cut of with 33%. I am in good contact with the debt collector and she told me that you need to inform the debt collector so they can stop the process by taking 33% of my salary.
I made the payment agreement two or three weeks ago, so my employer and manager will be out of the picture, i made the first payment and now in the next days my salary will be decreased with 33% because you did not communicate with the debt collector firm you hired…
That does not make any sense and I kindly asked this will be resolved.
