Nós salesman called me and stated I have to upgrade my contract and there is no other option. He was rude and yelled me on the phone. He pushed me to say "sim" to the message what he sent. I understood the message was only offer so I replied "não". Still he changed my contract to more expensive one. 

 

I went to NOS office in Saldanha where customer service confirmed nothing has done and my contract is still the original one and even the few euro upgrade from the "inflation" has been cancelled. He stated someone will call me and sent email to confirm this.

 

Someone called and said indeed the salesman changed my contract for the expensive one. She said she will cancel it and also decline all the salesman's calls to me from no on. She promised to get back in few days. Never did.

 

I wrote to the website how I spend hours of my own time just because I answered to this nos salesman's call and how unsatisfied I am for the service and that I cannot trust whatever they say.

 

Someone called me 24th of June and stated now she opened a process to cancel this contract upgrade. She also stated nothing was done prior even the previous customer service representative confirmed everything is cancelled and my contract is as originally. She gave me a process number C963238261 and said someone will call me in 5 days and send email that the upgrade has been cancelled and my contract is as I originally chose it on December. 

 

Still I haven't heard anything so when I'm getting back to Lisbon I'll walk to the office and ask for the complaint book and also will contact the lawyer.

 

I have spend hours of my own time trying to resolve this, went to the office, called to your customer service etc without any confirmation that my contract would be original. No one offered any compensation or even said sorry. I have been Vodafone's customer before and I'm sure that when I contact the lawyer I have a reason to cancel this whole shitty contract. All of this I will do because your customer service is poor and you cannot trust from anyone, they just make promises to keep you satisfied during that call and after that nothing happens.

 

I do not recommend to anyone to take nos services!

Amazing that you still ask ME to solve this issue and contact you after several attempts which didn't lead to anything. I think I will just give up for now and will contact the lawyer and ask for the complaint book.
