Contract termination.

I would like to terminate my contract. Whenever I try to call your company to do this, I keep getting responses like, "Please wait, we will connect you to the correct department." After waiting for about five minutes, the call gets dropped. It seems like no one is willing to assist with closing my contract.

This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Your customer support keeps transferring me from one person to another without resolving anything. It's frustrating and unnecessary bureaucracy for a simple request. This experience is another reason why I no longer want to have any association with your company.

Can you please terminate my contract immediately? Thank you.
