Change my tariff

Dear NOS Team,

I am writing to request a downgrade of my current internet package.

When I signed up for this contract, I was sharing an apartment with five other people, which justified a high-capacity connection. Since then, my roommates have left Portugal due to immigration issues, and I now live with only my spouse. Our household's internet usage has dropped significantly, and the current plan at approximately €40/month — no longer matches our needs.

I understand I am still within the fidelity (loyalty) period, and I have no intention of cancelling the contract outright, as I respect its terms. Instead, I would like to explore downgrading to the smallest or most affordable package available, even a low-data option (for example, under 1GB), since our usage is now minimal.

Could you please let me know what downgrade options are available to me under my current contract, and whether this can be processed without penalty given that I am not terminating the contract early?

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in finding a more suitable and affordable plan for my current situation. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.
