Hello, after I canceled my WiFi contract at the end of May for my account. I have now discovered that NOS has debited €424.90 from my bank account. This is unacceptable and I would ask for clarification as soon as possible.

Usually the invoice is sent via e-mail.
Do you know if, when you canceled the contract, was there still a loyalty period remaining?

thanks for your quick response! The invoice says “INCUMP PERÍODO MINIMO CONTRAT”. I believe that it is because the contract was terminated prematurely. However, when I gave notice, I presented a foreign employment contract proving that I had to leave Portugal. I was told that there would be no additional costs. However, I now fear that my employment contract has not been deposited. How can this problem be solved?

For this document to be valid for not paying the compensation for the breach of contract, the employment contract has to have a duration of at least 6 moths.
