Cannot create hotspot

Im using Kanguru Livre XL with hotspot on mobile. It was working ok, but yesterday my laptop cannot connect to my hotspot. I was doing many manipulations: restarting, reseting settings, changing mobile phones (so even if i put sim in other phone its not working). Today on my job i’ve tried to make a hotspot, and laptop was working. But still not at home

i guess it’s because of some banlist of ip or location, i don’t know, but i want to be able to share an internet via hotspot
