NOS installed our WiFi and router 2 days ago. I cannot connect a brand new HP Smart Tank 7000 to my internet. Is there a setting on the router that is preventing a connection?

No, just gotta follow the instructions. Try to put the devices close.
My MacAir, the printer and the router are all within 1 meter of each other and it still will not connect.

Sorry, i dont think we can help in here. Try checking in the internet to see if there are similar issues with that printer.
Usually NOS tells to contact pcmedic which is a IT company if needed. ( 16991/0,45cents per minute)

Which router do you have? ( 4.0 , 5.0v1, 5.0v2 )?? You can try factory resetting the router and try again

I doubt it… whats the error ur gettin?
are you trying the wps connection or manually configuration?
did you try with ethernet cable instead of wifi?
