Cannot connect new HP printer to new Giga router

No, just gotta follow the instructions. Try to put the devices close.

My MacAir, the printer and the router are all within 1 meter of each other and it still will not connect.

Sorry, i dont think we can help in here. Try checking in the internet to see if there are similar issues with that printer.

Usually NOS tells to contact pcmedic which is a IT company if needed. ( 16991/0,45cents per minute)

I think there is a modem setting that is prohibiting connection.

Which router do you have? ( 4.0 , 5.0v1, 5.0v2 )?? You can try factory resetting the router and try again

I doubt it… whats the error ur gettin? 

are you trying the wps connection or manually configuration? 

did you try with ethernet cable instead of wifi?
