I called customer service today for internet working slowly but I was made to wait for 15 mins. Then I cut my off. But they called me back. It was a good thing in the end. Did anyone had such experience?

I called customer service today but I was made to wait for 15 mins. Then I cut the phone off. I just wanted to make complain that my internet is going very slow at the moment. Is that normal to wait while calling customer service especially for English speakers? All is that I wanted a good service for the amount paid.

Unfortunately many customers call to NOS and normally is usual to wait 10 or 15 minutes, sometimes.
But if you're Internet Service are right now very slow call to 16990 and press 3 and 2.

Sometimes! I just put them on "speakerphone" and work while waiting! :D
