When I purchased TV through your site I indicated a wrong delivery address. Therefore CTT couldn’t deliver it. At first I called at NOS support line (27.04) and asked to change the address in my delivery. They changed it and said that I can get my TV approximately on Tuesday (03.05). Yesterday (04.05) I still hadn’t my TV, so I called again to BOS support line. Support said : “you should wait a little bit, we don’t know exact day, when you can get the TV. So now I am waiting almost a week, and still have nothing. Could I know please, when I can get a TV ? What is the problem to give me information about it?

It’s not “as soon, as possible”. Now I am waiting for 1 week


It’s just ridiculous. You keep ignoring me. And only I hear is : “you need to wait”. I am out of waiting. Why do I need to wait for the TV such a long time, if I already paid for this TV 3 weeks ago?
