technician


We booked our move from one address to another three weeks ago for 13 May. The technician arrived at the old address and refused to come to our new address! We have now been told we have to wait till 20th to have our internet connected. This is not acceptable. It is not our fault, we cannot manage without it. Surely there could be an emergency visit tomorrow?
