Nos promotion item didn't received

Hi I bought nos package last March it was included one internet promotion with this package free one air fryer but when I bought they didn't gave said it will took few months to process after that I went in holiday for 3months and come back and saw still I'm not recieved yet when I contact with them several times they said send one voucher in my phone March and its already expired!!!! So I will not recieved this item very disappointed about this service because if I bought something with they should gave when bought also if its one or two months later to recieved they should gave not like this send one voucher what I didn't find in my phone.
