I have had NOS Internet for 18 months. During the winter months is mostly OK, but in the summer months it’s a disaster. The internet keeps cutting out!

I have had 7 technicians come over and the problem is not fixed. Their knowledge leaves a lot to be desired too.

I am cancelling the contract. Where is the RED BOOK ???

It’s a disgrace.
