No proof of cancellation

I have been NOS customer for 5 years. Every time when I need to contact the customer service, they just lie and transfer the call around until the last one says very patiently that I don't speak English, please call again. 

I cancelled my service almost one month ago. I called and confirmed and they said it's done and I would have email confirmation. I never got it. Now I have been trying to call 2 days again just to know the last date but no one calls back and they say to call again. 

I cannot recommend anyone to take the service as 3 years ago they also changed my service even I declined and then I had to fight with them 6 months when managers and employees all promises it's cancelled. I will suggest everyone to take some other service than NOS.
