​@Mário P. no, unfortunately, I haven't solved my issue, I called support at 931699000, it turned out that they only handle accounts from the continent, and I'm on Madeira, they gave me a short number 16130, but there's only a Portuguese voice interface and I haven't figured it out yet. Do you know if there are ways to solve the issue via email or online chat, what other ways are there?

Unfortunately I can't use this instruction because the service hasn't been added to my account.
