Goal: I need to update the Direct Debit IBAN in my NOS.
Problem: I can’t associate/link my services to my NOS ID. I tried with NIF 0xxxxxxxxxx (and the 9-digit version 315519630) and Customer No. xxxxxxxx-1, but the site shows an error (“No contacts/services found for the data entered”).
Could a moderator please manually associate the contract to my NOS account (email:xxxxxxxxx@gmail.com)?
