I need an English speaker for change of services


Hi,

I’m calling the support on 16990, choose English then the person answering doesn't speak English and tell me someone will call back in 24h, you know the drill.

Of course no one is calling back.

So I need help please

Hi Rafaela, thank you for stepping in.

So I have plenty things in my contract that I dont use and needs to do

  1. I have the TV package with an Apple TV but cannot use the TV because you need to pay for the app in Apple TV (that one is really greedy). TBF I dont care about the TV so I want to remove it
  2. I’ve been “gifted” 4 numbers that I dont use, needs to remove it
  3. I needs to detach my gf number of my contract
  4. I will move so will need to change address

The overall goal is to decrease the amount I pay every month or cancel the whole package so I start somewhere else for cheaper.

I do still have a year of fidelity so I’ll need to pay fee but the mathematic say that starting a new contract elsewhere plus the fee is cheaper that staying where I am now.

So basically, I need to be called by someone who speaks English from the resiliation service to either :

  • Propose me a good offer to stay with NOS for the next 2 years
  • Cancel my contract
