Hello,

We arrived in Portugal in September 2022 and the previous tenant helped us by putting an internet / TV contract on the name of our company. (we rent through my husband company).

We would like to change the contract to a cheaper “pacote” because we don’t need the TV. 

I think I understood that we can’t cancel a contract before Septembre 2024, but can we edit it ?

I am sorry I am sure it is written on our contract but we only receive the bills, we never received the contract.

The downgrade of the service provided during the period of the contract is not possible.
