How do i terminate broadband.. we now no longer need it HELP !!!


Hi 

can anyone help.. we no longer need NOS Broadband but unsure how to cancel .. CAN ANYONE HELP ?? Email adress ??

Once you’re on the @Fórum profile, click where it says “Enviar mensagem” as shown in the picture below, and you’ll be able to type your message.

Good morning, if you have already sent your customer number to the @Fórum with the request to cancel your services, you must wait for the moderators to proceed accordingly, the contractual termination depends on your billing cycle.
