Help: My €10/month NOS subscription just billed me €443 for August. How do I dispute and cancel?

For 1 hour and 6 min call from Ethiopia to the NOS call center they are charging me 308.52 Euros, I mean this is insane????

All communications and data usage while roaming are the responsibility of the international carriers your device connected to, and NOS relies on the information provided by them.

If you do not wish to use roaming, you must request that it be blocked in advance or disable this feature in your device’s settings before arriving in your destination country.
