Hi Susan. If you wish to cancel your contract you should go directly to a NOS store where they can help you to sign the documents needed for that purpose. You can find a store in almost every shopping center.

I went to the Aqua. Centre at Portimao today to cancel, they took my client no which is 16990 they said someone would ring today then I had 30 days to cancel. still waiting for the phone call.
