Hi,

in February I received this message on two numbers, even if my id cards were confirmed when i first did the contract in Saldanha store.



"O seu tarifario foi alterado p/ Tudo 1GB. Garanta no dia 02 um saldo minimo de 13.99EUR p/renovacao dos beneficios do seu novo tarifario"



This caused me to double pay the bill for one month on two numbers: (935 - WTF)



606090, 16,80€, paid on 02/02, expired 09/02

594328, 11,80€, paid on 18/02, expired 25/02



How can I proceed to have my money back?



Sorry for using English, my Portuguese is still not good :)

Thanks for the quick reply!



First thing I did I went to Nos at Saldanha and asked, they bounced me here, saying I needed to post here. It felt strange to me, but asking again lead to the same answer.



I will try to go there on Monday again..
