Dear Team,

I am  moving to out of Portugal. So, I am trying to close the contract.  The contract is initially made for 2 years and I am closing it within a year. The support team is asking me to pay huge penalty for this. As this is unforeseen situation, can something be done instead of paying hefty penalty?
