Cartão telemóvel adicional indesejado
A telemobile card has been added to my account which I did not ask for and I am finding it very difficult to get this card cancelled. I have been into a store, I have called and I have tried Facebook messenger. I get told it will be cancelled but it never does and I keep getting charged for this card which I don't even have. What can I do?
