I HAVE SENT ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO CANCEL MY MOBILE PHONE CONNECTION BY REGISTERED MAIL. YOU HAV RECEIVED THEM ALL ON 3.11.2025

IMMEDIATELY CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND REIMBURSE ME FOR CONTINUED BILLS.

Please let us know if you received the confirmation of the service cancellation.
Additionally, confirm if you had only subscribed to the mobile service and what the billing cycle was.

No I have not received ANYTHING from NOS which is now becoming very frustrating.

The billing was on a monthly basis. 

 

PLEASE CANCEL IMMEDIATELY AND SEND ME A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

 

Also, please reimburse me all bills that NOS continues to send to me.
