I had requested to cancel my Internet contract on Thursday in the Colombo store, I had filled in the cancellation form and the staff told me that my contract has been cancelled. However, I had received a call from NOS today about the cancellation, the person didn't speak English so she said that her colleague will call me again but I didn't receive any call from NOS. Could you please confirm if the contract has already been cancelled or there is anything left that I need to do?
