I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the serious difficulty I have faced over the past ten days in trying to cancel my NOS services.
I currently have a package that includes internet, landline, and television, as well as two mobile SIM cards. My contract ended about three months ago, and due to the poor quality of the internet service, I decided to cancel all services.
Over the past days, I have visited a NOS shop where I was told to call customer service. Every time I called and selected the English-speaking option, I was never connected to anyone who spoke English. I was promised several times that an English-speaking agent would call me back, but this never happened.
This weekend, I went back to the shop with a written cancellation request. Again, I was told I would receive a call, but the person who called did not speak English. I called again, finally spoke to someone who did speak English, but I was placed on hold and the call was disconnected.
After many attempts, I still have not been able to cancel my services. I therefore request that NOS immediately cancel all my services (internet, landline, television, and two mobile numbers) and confirm in writing the cancellation date and that there will be no penalties, since my contract has already expired.
I expect a formal and prompt response to this complaint.
