I moved out of my apartment at the end of May. I am no longer living in Portugal but plan to return in 2027 so I want to keep my cell services but cancel internet home services.
I went to the NOS Chiado Loga May 18 and thought that I successfully cancelled the internet home services but I am still being charged for them.
I have tried calling NOS directly but was transferred to multiple representatives without any help.
I need to cancel the internet home services but keep my cell. I have not been using these services since May. I no longer live in the apartment.
I am not currently in Portugal. I am not sure what else to do.
