Hi ​@Rafaela F., thank you for the quick response. 
I called NOS to cancel my services and received confirmation that it would be cancelled by March 16, 2026. 

I tried to follow the steps you sent to cancel the contract again and received the notification that it must be done over the phone. Is there a way to receive a toll-free phone call since I am no longer living in Portgual?
