I subscribed a week ago to a “Pacote 5G” which include the “Cartão Nos”. All is working find but in the customer area I have this message “Não tem cartões NOS disponíveis”.
As the card is included in the package how to activate ?

Good afternoon, did you associate your Package with Television in your customer area? If yes, the digital NOS Card should be available on your Profile. If you have not yet registered your services, you must do so immediately.
Thank you Jose, I just associated the service as you suggested The card is still not available but I will see later this evening. I hope the registration worked.

unfortunatly it is still not available. I registered the service 3 or 4 times already “with success” but nothing change.
Thanks for your help still expect to go to cinema this weekend :-)
