Our 24 month contract ended on 01-09-2023. We sold our property in Madeira on 29-12-2023 and were unable to contact you due to it being a holiday period and us leaving the country at that time and will not be returning.  We paid up in January 2024 but have been receiving invoices for February and March. As regards return of equipment  as it is seven years since the equipment was installed and is probably now outdated if you wish for its return you will have to gain access to the property from the new owners.  As far as we are aware the new owners do not have the code to access internet data and your records should show that it has not been used by us.

We respectfully request that you cancel this contract as of 29-12-2023.
