Hello, one staff from nos came to my home and gave me the router and ask my name nif no and he told me to connect the fiber after 1 week but he didnt come since 2 months and billing is sent in my emails. I havent done the contract, I dont know the installation process he gave me the router and gone . Please help me the invoice they are sending in my emails
