about internet problem

I had complaint many times my internet is not good in my house and i told them i can only usevthe internet near the router.one of the staff call me and speak roughly and he can not solve my problem so please for more what action can i take please suggest me. If you are not going to solve my problem i need to processed for the contract cancellation with legal proccedure. Hope you will solve my problem.
