Why does the free popcorn disappear when I make the fourth purchase


I have bought enough cinema tickets to get a free popcorn but the free popcorn option has disappeared.  It is not under tickets and I cannot see the circle that shows how many purchases I have made to get the free popcorn.  It has disappeared now that I should be able to get a free popcorn.

We appreciate your message and are here to help you.

The promotion offering a free medium popcorn is currently active. To receive the reward, you need to make 4 purchases of €6 or more on different days.

The free popcorn becomes available the day after your 4th purchase. To redeem it, simply select it from the "Bar" menu when purchasing your tickets.

Could you please let us know if you have made 4 or more purchases of €6 or more on different days since 6 May 2026?

@Bruno Aleixo  made a good suggestion.

In the meantime, we also recommend that you log out of the NOS Cinemas app and then log back in. Please let us know if this resolves the issue.

In your NOS Cinemas app, under Profile and the Popcorn Campaign section, can you see your popcorn balance, or do you receive an error message? Also, please let us know if the information shown in the other sections, such as your Purchase History, is displayed correctly.
