Unable to pay with mbway

Hi, is there anyway other than mbway or direct debit to pay the invoice? I am currently and permanently out of eu and there is unpaid invoice in my account. I do not have mbway and the only way I can pay is transfer via internet bank IBAN. I have sent several email to info@info.nos.pt asked for offering me a way to pay, but no reply yet.

In the invoice you should find a reference for payment via web banking. Can you see the entity and reference?

Hi Joao,

I was in Portugal for a short term and there was no chance to open a bank account with Porteguese banks. Since I only have Revolut Bank account, so pay with reference is not available.
