I am a UK citizen resident in Portugal with a UK Mobile phone no.
I have a fixed internet service with NOS. When I login to my account online or on the app it sends a verification code to my mobile, which I use to login.
In the Customer Area I have attempted to add my Fixed Internet Service to my account. I get to a point where it says ‘to ensure your identify we have sent you a verification code to your phone.’ I do not receive this code, even after I click send again.
So I am receiving a code when I login, but not when I try to register the account. Can anyone explain why this might is happening? Is there an alternative way for me to register my service without the verification code?
