Not receiving verification code when I attempt to register service


I am a UK citizen resident in Portugal with a UK Mobile phone no.

I have a fixed internet service with NOS.  When I login to my account online or on the app it sends a verification code to my mobile, which I use to login. 

In the Customer Area I have attempted to add my Fixed Internet Service to my account. I get to a point where it says ‘to ensure your identify we have sent you a verification code to your phone.’ I do not receive this code, even after I click send again. 

So I am receiving a code when I login, but not when I try to register the account.  Can anyone explain why this might is happening? Is there an alternative way for me to register my service without the verification code?

Might be because of uk phone number. Or the number was blocked on your phone but i assume it comes from the same place you receive to login
