How to cancel my phone subscription

Hi,

I have completed the Contract Termination Request Form and explained that I moved abroad to pursue my studies. However, since I am currently abroad, I do not have access to the SMS verification code needed to submit the cancellation form electronically .

Can you please help me complete the cancellation of my subscription here , given that I cannot receive the SMS code while abroad?
