About three months ago I joined Nos, I received Disney Plus for two years for free.
To this day I have not received a Disney Plus login code.
I have been to your store in Castelo Branco more than five times to find out the issue and each time there was a different answer and of course you have to wait for the code and nothing is resolved.
And in addition you send a message that if I do not activate Disney Plus by 6.3 I will not be able to receive the benefit.
I thought your service was good, but I was probably wrong, because if you cannot solve the problem of a customer connecting to Disney Plus then why do you offer it.
Very disappointed.
