Hello!

I have in my profile my old vodafone number which is not active now, login number is new one, but all confirmations are going to old one. How can I change this internal old number to new one, to get all confirmation sms to available number?

You talking about my nos profile? Change it directly there in your profile.


I’ve changed - and I can login with new number. But some operations need sms code - and everything what is not login - uses my old number, which isn’t visible in myNOS

If you can’t access the phone number obviously you can’t login.

The only ones who can help you are the community managers so I advice you to wait.
